What is the pricing for units at the Hammocks?

Pricing per unit varies on the unit size and the community it’s located in.  We offer specialized units for those tenants with pets and easily accessible entryways for those with special needs.

What is your pet policy?

We understand your pets are part of the family, that’s why we’re happy to accept most breeds of dogs and cats with a special deposit. There is a non-refundable fee and a  monthly charge per pet with a two (2) pet maximum per apartment. Dog owners will be restricted to dog dedicated buildings.  Breed or size restrictions may apply. Visiting pets are not permitted on the premises, with either residents or visitors, except in the case where an animal has been professionally trained and certified to assist a disabled resident.
